By my signature above, I realize that participating in strenuous activities such as volleyball is potentially hazardous. I also assume any and all risk associated with participating and playing in this event, including but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, effects of the weather, and condition of the playing surface, all such facts being known and appreciated by me. In consideration of the foregoing, I hereby, my heir, executors, administrators, or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, waive and release SFCC, all charities benefiting from this event, event organizers, volunteers, and sponsors, employees, assign, or anyone on their behalf, from any and all claims of liability for death, personal injury or property damage of any kind arising out   of, or in the course of my participation in Spike & Dig. This release and waiver extends to all claims of every kind and nature whatsoever, foreseen, known or unknown. Furthermore, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to  use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of the event for any legitimate purpose. Text Box: Any player 17 & under must have their parent or guardian sign the entry form. * Any team that has more than seven players must pay an additional $25.00 per player. All Entries are final. There is a $30.00 fee for any team cancellation
